How much does POSTOLA AI cost?

POSTOLA AI is sold as prepaid credits, not a subscription. Starter is ₹99 for 80 credits, Pro is ₹499 for 500 credits, Max is ₹999 for 1200 credits. Custom top-ups start at ₹99, and a top-up above ₹2000 receives 15% bonus credits. Nothing auto-renews and there is no monthly fee.

Is POSTOLA AI a subscription?

No. POSTOLA AI does not use subscriptions. It runs on prepaid credits that are bought once and spent when the user chooses. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel, so a user who stops using POSTOLA AI is never billed again.

Do POSTOLA AI credits expire?

No. POSTOLA AI credits never expire. Credits bought today remain in the account indefinitely and can be spent months later. Because POSTOLA AI is not a subscription, unused credits are not forfeited at the end of a billing month and no balance is reset.

Is there a free trial of POSTOLA AI?

Yes. Every new POSTOLA AI account receives 30 free credits at signup, with no credit card required. Those credits are enough to generate ad creative images or a short product video, and like all POSTOLA AI credits they never expire.

How many credits does a POSTOLA AI video cost?

POSTOLA AI charges credits based on output. An AI avatar video costs a flat 60 credits. Other videos, including product and try-on videos, cost 4 credits per second, so a 30-second video costs 120 credits. Ad creative images cost 6.5 credits each.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the POSTOLA AI platform, operated by Sikka AI Intellect, a company with its registered office at 851 Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana - 122016, India. By creating an account or using POSTOLA AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use POSTOLA. Users under 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account, create duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, or provide false registration information.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use POSTOLA AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to:

Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful
Impersonate any individual, business, or brand without authorisation
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its underlying systems
Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or misuse platform data or AI outputs
Violate any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its associated Rules

2.4 User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload to POSTOLA AI, including photos, prompts, and scripts. By uploading content, you grant POSTOLA AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the platform's services.

AI-generated videos and creatives produced using your inputs are yours to use for commercial purposes. However, POSTOLA AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws before publishing or distributing any generated content.

2.5 Social Media Posting

When you connect your social accounts and use POSTOLA AI's auto-posting features, you authorise POSTOLA AI to post content on your behalf as instructed by you. You remain solely responsible for all content posted and for compliance with the terms of service of each social media platform.

2.6 Credits and Billing

POSTOLA AI runs on prepaid credits. Credits are bought as one-time credit packs or custom top-ups; there is no subscription, no billing cycle, and nothing auto-renews. Please refer to our Pricing and Billing Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details.

2.7 Intellectual Property

The POSTOLA AI name, logo, platform design, AI models, and all proprietary technology are owned by Sikka AI Intellect. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

2.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POSTOLA AI, Sikka AI Intellect, and its partners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid to POSTOLA AI in the three months preceding the claim.

2.9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Profile section. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data is handled as described in our Data Deletion Policy.

2.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

2.11 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time with at least 7 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
