This page describes the billing terms that apply to every account. It does not show your personal figures. Your current credit balance is shown in the app while you are signed in, and taxes are covered in section 6.4 below.
This page explains POSTOLA AI's pricing structure, what is included in each plan, and how billing works.
POSTOLA AI uses a credit wallet model. 1 POSTOLA AI Coin = 1 Credit = ₹1.
Standard top-up plans:

Custom top-up is available for any amount above ₹99. For top-ups above ₹2000, bonus credits of 15% may be applied.
Credits are deducted based on the generation mode selected in the app. Current rates are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a payment aggregator licensed and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. POSTOLA AI does not store any payment card or bank account details.
Prices are final. No GST is charged: the price you see is the amount you pay, with nothing added at checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, bonus policies, and credit consumption rates. Any major customer-facing pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
If a payment fails, no credits are added. Please retry from the Pricing page. If your account is charged but credits are not updated, contact support with your Razorpay payment ID.
