Who is POSTOLA AI for?

POSTOLA AI is built for Indian small business owners, online sellers, and direct-to-consumer brands who need marketing video but have no camera crew, studio, or editor. It is designed to be used on a phone by someone with no video production background and no design skills.

How much does POSTOLA AI cost?

POSTOLA AI is sold as prepaid credits, not a subscription. Starter is ₹99 for 80 credits, Pro is ₹499 for 500 credits, Max is ₹999 for 1200 credits. Custom top-ups start at ₹99, and a top-up above ₹2000 receives 15% bonus credits. Nothing auto-renews and there is no monthly fee.

Is POSTOLA AI a subscription?

No. POSTOLA AI does not use subscriptions. It runs on prepaid credits that are bought once and spent when the user chooses. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel, so a user who stops using POSTOLA AI is never billed again.

Do POSTOLA AI credits expire?

No. POSTOLA AI credits never expire. Credits bought today remain in the account indefinitely and can be spent months later. Because POSTOLA AI is not a subscription, unused credits are not forfeited at the end of a billing month and no balance is reset.

Is there a free trial of POSTOLA AI?

Yes. Every new POSTOLA AI account receives 30 free credits at signup, with no credit card required. Those credits are enough to generate ad creative images or a short product video, and like all POSTOLA AI credits they never expire.

How many credits does a POSTOLA AI video cost?

POSTOLA AI charges credits based on output. An AI avatar video costs a flat 60 credits. Other videos, including product and try-on videos, cost 4 credits per second, so a 30-second video costs 120 credits. Ad creative images cost 6.5 credits each.

What kinds of marketing videos can POSTOLA AI make?

POSTOLA AI produces five kinds of output: AI avatar promotion videos where a virtual presenter talks about the product, virtual try-on videos for clothing and accessories, cinematic product ad videos, AI product photoshoot images, and text-to-video clips generated from a written prompt alone.

Do I need video editing experience to use POSTOLA AI?

No. POSTOLA AI requires no video editing experience, no editing software, and no design skills. The workflow is upload a product photo, choose a style, and generate. There is no timeline to cut, no keyframes to set, and no export settings to configure.

Which social platforms can I post to from POSTOLA AI?

POSTOLA AI can publish directly to Instagram and YouTube, generating a caption and hashtags for the post automatically. Videos made with POSTOLA AI can also be downloaded and shared manually anywhere else, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Can I use POSTOLA AI on a phone?

Yes. POSTOLA AI runs in a mobile web browser and is built mobile-first, so a seller can photograph a product on a phone, upload it from that same phone, generate the video, and post it without ever opening a desktop computer.

Yes. The POSTOLA AI interface is available in English, Hindi, and Hinglish (Hindi written in Roman script), and the language can be switched at any time from the language selector. This matters for Indian sellers who are more comfortable working outside English.

6.1 Credit Pricing

POSTOLA AI uses a credit wallet model. 1 POSTOLA AI Coin = 1 Credit = ₹1.

6.2 Usage Billing

Credits are deducted based on the generation mode selected in the app. Current rates are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a payment aggregator licensed and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. POSTOLA AI does not store any payment card or bank account details.

6.4 Taxes

Applicable GST will be added to all transactions as required under Indian tax law. GST-compliant invoices will be available in your Profile > Subscription section after each payment.

6.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, bonus policies, and credit consumption rates. Any major customer-facing pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

6.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, no credits are added. Please retry from the Pricing page. If your account is charged but credits are not updated, contact support with your Razorpay payment ID.
