Sikka AI Intellect ("POSTOLA AI", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every person who uses our platform at https://postola.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information. By creating an account or using POSTOLA AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you register or log in, we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your basic Google profile details as permitted by your Google OAuth consent.
We collect product photos, images, videos, and other media you upload for the purpose of generating AI marketing content. We also collect text prompts, scripts, and any instructions you provide to the platform. If you use voice typing, your recording is sent only to turn it into text in the prompt box and is not stored.
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other social accounts, we collect the access tokens and permissions required to post content on your behalf. We never store your social media passwords.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform: pages visited, features used, video generation history, posting activity, device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps. In the Android app we also receive a push notification token (to send the alerts you allow) and a device signal used to prevent abuse. On the website we use analytics and advertising-measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel), subject to your cookie choices. This data helps us improve the product and keep it secure.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your card or bank account details. We only retain your subscription status, billing plan, and Razorpay transaction identifiers.
If you contact us at support@postola.app or through any support channel, we retain those communications to assist with your queries and for quality improvement.
When you upload photos or provide prompts, your content is processed by our AI systems to generate videos and ad creatives. To do this, your uploads, prompts and voice input are processed by cloud AI providers acting on our behalf (providers of AI models and GPU computing for video, image, voice and text generation, and for checking requests against our content rules); they may use this data only to provide that service to us. We check every request against our content rules before generating, and you can report any result from your Gallery; we review reports within 24 hours. We do not use your personally identifiable content to train external AI models without your explicit consent. All AI-generated content produced from your inputs belongs to you, subject to the limitations in our Terms and Conditions.
POSTOLA AI integrates with third-party services to deliver its features. These include social media platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube) and a social posting provider that publishes to the accounts you connect, cloud AI processing providers (described above), Razorpay for payments, NeonDB for database storage, Cloudflare for media storage, analytics providers, email delivery, and SMS or WhatsApp notification services. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies where relevant.
Your account and application data is stored securely on NeonDB (cloud-hosted database). Media files including product photos and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare (media storage for images and videos). We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and strict access controls on our systems. We keep your account data and creations for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and creations are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records). While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is entirely immune to risk.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, and platform functionality. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for full details.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the platform, when required by applicable law or legal process, or with your explicit consent. In the event of a business restructuring, merger, or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice.
POSTOLA AI is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete that data promptly.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data (see our Data Deletion Policy), withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, and raise a grievance through our Grievance Redressal mechanism. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
