Is POSTOLA AI a subscription?

No. POSTOLA AI does not use subscriptions. It runs on prepaid credits that are bought once and spent when the user chooses. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel, so a user who stops using POSTOLA AI is never billed again.

Do POSTOLA AI credits expire?

No. POSTOLA AI credits never expire. Credits bought today remain in the account indefinitely and can be spent months later. Because POSTOLA AI is not a subscription, unused credits are not forfeited at the end of a billing month and no balance is reset.

Sign up for free, go to the Create page, select a video type (Avatar Promotion, Try-On, Product Marketing, etc.), upload your product image, and tap Generate. Your video will be ready in a few minutes.

Every new account gets 30 free credits to try POSTOLA AI, with no credit card required. After that you buy credit packs only when you need them. There is no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and credits never expire.

Video Creation

Account & Billing

Go to the Subscription page from the sidebar and choose the Pro plan. Payment options will be displayed there.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Subscription page. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Go to Profile → Account Settings and scroll to the bottom. You can request account deletion there. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
